» DVD-Video files doesn't auto resume from last position?

Hey, I have a problem with viewing videos. The videos are 1:1 DVD Ripped (Audio TS and Video TS with .vob Files). If I stopp the video, a bookmark will not created and so if I try again to play the video again it started normally with the DVD Menu, not with the last play position. In the settings the switch is enable to play a video on the last position. In the XBMC Online manual only a general description is available, the different behavior from different Video File Types (avi, mgp, vob) isn“t described. Auto resume from last position When enabled, XBMC will automatically resume videos always from the last position that you were viewing them, even after restarting the system. Note: You can also start a movie from the last st...... - 2009-07-04

That happen after I upgraded forum from 3.6.8 to 3.7 versionDon't forget to revert your headerinclude template.Don't forget to revert your headerinclude template. Why is that important and how can I do that? It's actually important to either revert all your templates or go through and compare all your customized one with the new ones in order to see if any new javascript or code was added to the template. In this case, I seem to recall that javascript was added for the font color. » How much should I pay in taxes in the State of Colorado?

I make approximately 43K. I claimed 1 on the worksheet for Colorado. I just started a new job. My paycheck had over $400 taken out of it for a two week pay period. That seems outrageous to me. That's about 25% of what I make. I know there are state taxes but isn't this alot. I would like to know my liability so I can get more in my checks without having to pay taxes when I do my return in 2009.25% is actually a bit low--I pay nearly 28%, in WI.25% sounds about right, at least for now. I have no idea what we'll be taxed next year. If you want to try it yourself go here http://www.moneychimp.com/features/tax_b......... - 2009-07-04

» Cant Decide

I cant decide on ipb or vb... IPB is cleaner, crisper and just all around easier to navigate. The mods are 10 times better and more in depth. Its also cheaper. the whole design is just good. I Hear IPB is for beginners and know it alls also. How is VB better than this?Cheaper? IPB (For lifetime) is $185.00 and vB is $160.00. As for vB being "messier" than IPB, it isn't. It's just more complex. What MODs are you thinking of installing? Check www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org) if that's what you're after. You won't be able to download hacks b/c you're not a vB liscence holder, but you can see what has been done. Plus, on modding: vB has a plugin system, so you don't always have to modify the core files. Yes, sometimes you h...... - 2009-07-04

» When making a longboard skateboard?

why do you have to glue two pieces of ply wood together, when u could just buy a thicker piece of ply wood??? does it have to do with the flex?I'm no craftsman but if i used just one thicker piece of plywood, it would probably get trashed pretty quick. It would get cracked under pressure and stress, easier to get warped most likely too. I'm sure the two pieces really helps the flex, hence, less chance of pressure cracks and longer life. Boards made out of bamboo and hemp are more expensive because the material is better overall. Bamboo is a lot stronger, durable, and flexible than ply. Still, the bamboo is layered with other material to improve performance and it's life. Than there are carbon fiber bottoms... and aluminum...... - 2009-07-04

» Why is it that people don't like to write letters any more and also answer email but they send junk they pass ?

It bothers me that they are rejecting me and don't care about what I have to say. I can't help it I like to write and get letters in return. Passing junk mail is faster, less time consuming. Don't feel rejected, many just don't bother any more. I know I use the instant messenger more than email. If it really bothers you, call them and ask why they don't answer your email. I don't like to sit down and write any one a letter. I will send a short email note or use the phone. I usually text them from my computer and get a quick response that way. People just don't want to be bothered any more. ...... - 2009-07-04

ok im only a kid 14 years old i am 20 pounds over weight but today in gym i ran a mile and my heart was like vibrating so what was this?In a kid your age it is VERY UNLIKELY you have heart issues. Your heart works just like when you run it works. It pumps faster and that is a good thing!!!! i would suggest that you not worry about it because there has NEVER been a case of a 14 year old child with heart issues even with having a family history of heart problems. DONT WORRY about it and keep running!!!"because there has NEVER been a case of a 14 year old child with heart issues even with having a family history of heart problems" That statement is VERY wrong, although it is unlikely. ^^^ When you say your heart was vibrating...Was it ju...... - 2009-07-04

» size of market for private schools for children under 7 years old

I would like to understand how much money is spent in the United States on private schools for children under 7 years old (and, by the way, I'm happy if the estimate is for under 6 or under 8, the age "7" is only an approximation) By "private schools" I mean schools that are paid out of the parents' pocket (without public funds), and that include not just formal education and parochials schools, but also informal education such as dance lessons, art lessons, etc. However, an answer that just provided an estimate of "formal" private school spending for this age range would be acceptable. For bonus points (and bonus dollars): if you have a way to find out how much this category of schools spends on advertising (average advertisi...... - 2009-07-04

I have see here at Answers that some people wished that the Jonas brother had never laid hands on the guitar. I don't admire them personally. I was wondering if they had any bad qualities that make people hate them? I mean they are still young, why hate them?well you can't expect everyone to like them. Everyone has different preferences. But really, no one can say they hate them, if they don't even know them. and it's crazy the amount of people who trash them because they say they're gay, talentless etc. They don't know them and have no proof of a lot of things that are being said about them. How do you know he's referring to me?Because given the situation it wouldn't make sense any other way.Yeah. You said to him you're terrible at Japanese, right? He meant, 'But still, I'm impressed, because you know kanji!' If he said でも、漢字を知ってるからスゴイ!, it might have been easier for you to see he was referring to you, I guess. » Source for Vegetarian Quote of George Bernard Shaw

I am trying to identify the source for the following quote/anecdote which has been attributed to George Bernard Shaw: George Bernard Shaw once challenged a woman who mocked his refusal to eat animals. "Madam," he said, "I doubt that you could eat that bird if you had to kill him yourself." I have tried many different internet searches (and a cursory Lexis/Nexis Academic search)without success. I have also tried different variations of this quote and searches excluding Shaw in case this was not his quote/anecdote. There have been some current writers/activists who have made similar type of statements, but I am not looking for those. I am specifically trying to identify the Shaw source or another classic source (in case it is n...... - 2009-07-04

» Can somebody help with a jaw question?

almost 5 days ago I got a lower wisdom tooth extracted. I was one of the lucky ones who's now experiencing dry socket and apparently jaw complications. The latter worries me a bit because I fear it will become a permanent problem. I did some online research and discovered that it could be trismus. If this is true, is there a way I can remedy the situation? I can slightly open my jaw, but it's a little difficult and sore when I do so. :/ hey I have jaw issues but had them before my extraction- however after the extraction I had a new issue- I could barely open my mouth. Not even enough to use a fork. It took 2 months for me to be able to regain normal function of my jaw, so if your main concern is inability to open yo...... - 2009-07-04

» Pure sine wave inverter

How do pure sine wave inverters make pure sine wave? I want to know how pure sine wave inverters convert 12 volts DC to 120 volts AC, down at a circuit and component level. I've searched the internet and only found what pure sine wave inverters do, not what makes them tick. Pure sine wave inverters are different from modified and square wave inverters in that they produce clean pure sine wave, the same stuff that comes out of the wall outlets. I just want to know what components or what circuits inside of a pure sine wave inverter makes it possible for the inverter to produce pure sine wave....... - 2009-07-04

» Seol Ki Hyeon

Just out of curiosity, since I don't really follow Reading, but why/how did he lose his place with the first 11? The last matches I saw were admittedly towards the start of the season and he looked terrific and was creative and a threat going forward... consistently, I might add. So I'm surprised that he fell down the pecking order and was wondering why/how/who emerged as a better option. There were problems at forward, and he got moved up with Little taking Seol's place on the right. Then Little started playing well, and Lita started playing well at forward, which kind of pushed Seol out. There were also a few games where he wasn't great, but Seol looked good today and in the few minutes he played against Blades, so he should start seei...... - 2009-07-04

» Kodak DX4530 Digital Camera - Recommendations?

Hello, I'm new here and this is my first post. :) I'm still learning about photography, I really enjoy creative picture-taking and would like to progress to a better digital camera with better resolution. (5.0 MP) I'm thinking of buying a Kodak DX4530 Easyshare digital camera and wondered if anyone uses it and what they think - here is a link to its specifications. http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=1155&pq-locale=en_US I'm thinking of going for it because it's retailing at £199 (about $300 or so) so seems good value with lots of features. However as I'm interested in more experimental shooting with natural lighting, etc, is it a good choice? Many thanks in advance.I may be biased because I own one, b...... - 2009-07-04

» Pleaseeeeee HELP! How do you write a newspaper aticle!!!?

I am not sure exactly but i know that you have to put your address at the top and possibly the person you are sending it to address. You must right in paragraphs! If you are writing to someone you don't know then you should write at the end 'Yours Sincerely'Start it off with a lead, which means one, maybe two sentences that basically summarize the "big picture" or main idea of the story. It should answer all the questions of who, what, when, where, and why. In the next few paragraphs you'll write about the details of the story. You can go about this several ways, but an easy way is to write about the most important information first and what is probably the least important bit of information last. This kind of style i...... - 2009-07-04

» How much snow would you like to see every year>

How much snow people would you like to see every year if they could.100 inches or more. :D20 to 29 inches.I'll pick 'T' for trace. After this year, I'll get my annual snow fix at the chaser conventions in Denver--lol. AmosT for trace would be good.. 00.00 is even better. » With the exception of seasonal jobs it is pretty pointless to look for work between now and January?

My sister worked HR for Johnson and Johnson for 12 yrs and she told me very few companies hire after mid-November (non-seasonal) due to meeting yearly budgets and getting ready for the tax season after the holidays. With the exception of seasonal jobs it is pretty pointless to look for work between now and January due to the end of year holidays? No, keep looking. Worst that could happen is you get a call back. Why would it be pointless to look for a job if you need a job? What's the alternative? Well I guess you could spend your time looking for personal business ventures like mowing lawns and cleaning garages, but that would probably be even more challenging...No, that's mostly true for retail jobs. Keep applying and cross you...... - 2009-07-04

A directory where i applied for my site to be listed refused me with saying that my sit ''lacks in coding and is not user friendly''. Could someone please take a look at my pages and tell me how it looks and why it's not user friendly? http://www.zazrcadlem.bravehost.com/vitejte.html Thanks for any help.hmmmm, you could try adding a site map and maybe (if they're English speaking) add a "Translate this page" section in several languages linking to Babelfish, I dont know if you can get it to fill in the URL automatically though thats beyond my coding :PThanks. I do have plans for a site map, when it's all finished, but otherwise i fail to see what is so unfreindly about my site.
