Pleaseeeeee HELP! How do you write a newspaper aticle!!!?

  • I am not sure exactly but i know that you have to put your address at the top and possibly the person you are sending it to address. You must right in paragraphs! If you are writing to someone you don't know then you should write at the end 'Yours Sincerely'


  • Start it off with a lead, which means one, maybe two sentences that basically summarize the "big picture" or main idea of the story. It should answer all the questions of who, what, when, where, and why.

    In the next few paragraphs you'll write about the details of the story. You can go about this several ways, but an easy way is to write about the most important information first and what is probably the least important bit of information last. This kind of style is called the 'inverted pyramid.'

    If you need to write a headline, make sure it's attention grabbing. I find it easier to write these after I've written the article.
