Why do a number of people hate the Jonas Brothers?

  • I have see here at Answers that some people wished that the Jonas brother had never laid hands on the guitar. I don't admire them personally. I was wondering if they had any bad qualities that make people hate them? I mean they are still young, why hate them?

  • They don't have any bad qualities but there not some peoples type. Personally there not a fan of mine...but people move on and when people grow up they love them and get out of that phase. People are always saying the fans are annoying. Well of course they are! This isn't anything new, look at twilight for instance. When something big and great comes along there gonna be obsessive fans

    the jonas brothers are awesome and you guys are just jealous your not successful.
    & i love the jonas bothers their songs they make up by themselves are amazing and u can relate to many of them

    and some said the annoying fan/girls r pissing you guys off, well just for that ima keep asking ?'s about them even more now =]


  • No hatred. It's just that people get fed up with the media promoting "entertainor's" that have little or no talent.

    Rosanne Barr, Rosie O'dennell, Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, and many others.

  • well you can't expect everyone to like them. Everyone has different preferences.

    But really, no one can say they hate them, if they don't even know them.

    and it's crazy the amount of people who trash them because they say they're gay, talentless etc.

    They don't know them and have no proof of a lot of things that are being said about them. Especially when people call them gay..........ha ha great reason not to like someone. It's pretty shallow.

  • I think that some people think that the Jonas Brothers are over-exposed. Personally, I like them, but I understand why some people don't.

  • well me being one of thoughs people i think it is because for some people there just a little childish..
    and for me its just they dont sing the kind of music that i like and im sure thats the samewith other people as well.

  • I think some people "hate" the Jonas Brothers because they don't know anything about them and it's prettyy hard to like something you know nothing about!

    People who don't like them have told me that they're talentless kids who's daddy paid for them to be on Disney channel and basically bought their way into the spot light, which is all completely UNTRUE!

    Being a fan, I do know they're background and I know they're just three average boys from New Jersey who were discovered like any other artist out there. They started back in 2005 and were originally struggling and just when they got dropped by their first record lable for low cd sales, Disney saw their real potential and gave them a chance and since 2007 the boys have been rockin the teen pop-rock scene with 2 albums under Hollywood records, a Disney channel movie and summer tour and even more to come next year. And if this is hate worthy, their father was a pastor and they wear purity rings. They've never been seen drinking, smoking or at night clubs and they're in the tabloids for supporting charities!

    Sorry this was so long, but it had to be said. People's hate for the Jonas Brothers is irrational and their really isn't a good reason to "hate" them. Music is one thing, but the boys themselves are amazing people who play amazing music.


  • nothing is bad about them, i love the jonas brothers and people who don't like them have there facts wrong especially when they say they are "gay" etc. you could say that they are jealous as the jonas brothers have millions of girls chasing after them and they have no one. im not going to call everyone up there big fat ***** because people have their own opinion, which they obviously don't realize.
