ok im only a kid 14 years old i am 20 pounds over weight but today in gym i ran a mile and my heart was like vibrating so what was this?Just a little exercise. Maybe take a break when running a mile. Make sure to stop and drink some water in between. The heart is not used to the strain and will get used to it by exercising. In a kid your age it is VERY UNLIKELY you have heart issues. Your heart works just like when you run it works. It pumps faster and that is a good thing!!!! i would suggest that you not worry about it because there has NEVER been a case of a 14 year old child with heart issues even with having a family history of heart problems. DONT WORRY about it and keep running!!!"because there has NEVER been a case of a 14 year old child with heart issues even with having a family history of heart problems"
That statement is VERY wrong, although it is unlikely. ^^^
When you say your heart was vibrating...Was it just pounding rapidly? That would be tachycardia and it is pretty normal unless you have pain so I wouldn't worry about that too much.
If it is "vibrating" in another sense, please clarify.
Edit:
"it feels like it beats and like after that beat it vibrates for like 20-30secs"
OK, so this could be a palpitation (google it and see if your symptoms match)
If it sounds/feels like a "Whoooshing" sound, I would see your doctor because that resembles aortic stenosis or other heart problems#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
